Refund policy

Returns

We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase.  The max refund amount we will accept a return for is a $150 total order value.  Items must be shipped back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer for these returns.  Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns.  If an item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee.  Please do not attempt to return without contacting Lifestyle Distributing first. Returns for unwanted items or items that do not sell are not allowed so please ensure you want the product you are purchasing as all sales are final.

Drop shipped Returns

Drop shipped items may only be returned if the product is defective upon arrival. We will not accept returns for drop-ship items that are not defective.

Damaged Items

All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above-mentioned condition, you must contact us within 5 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided in a timely manner.
