Damaged Item Policy

All items shipped from our warehouse locations are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well.  If you receive an item from us that is not in the above mentioned condition, you must contact us within 7 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided within a timely manner.

Defective Item Policy

Products that are purchased from the manufacturers of Lifestyle Distributing which are found to be defective must be submitted to our customer care team within 30 days of your purchase.  Please contact your sales representative if you have any questions about defective items.

Back Order Policy

Lifestyle Distributing will usually cancel all back orders when the requested product is not available unless otherwise noted by the customer to not cancel.  If the full amount was charged for the given items which are not in stock, an immediate credit will be provided to ensure our customers only get charged for items we have in stock and ship.

Are your product prices Retail or Wholesale?

LifestyleDistributing.com is a wholesale distribution company.  We require a copy of your states business license, tax certificate or equivalent in addition to the signing of a distribution agreement to do business with us.  Unless you provide this documentation and your account is approved by LifestyleDistributing.com, you will only have access to retail product prices.  If you haven’t completed a wholesale application yet, please do so as it only takes 5 minutes.  It is fast, free and the best way to obtain access to our wholesale product prices.  Contact Us if you have any questions about this process.

How old do I have to be to order from you?

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country to view or purchase products from LifestyleDistributing.com. If you are not of legal age, you must leave LifestyleDistributing.com immediately.

Is there a fee for Drop Shipping?

Absolutely not!  We do not charge an extra fee for drop shipping items to your customers.

Could we use images on your website for our marketing purposes?

We allow the use of our product images once you have an wholesale account setup with us.  You are allowed to download and use this information in addition to the product size, type, color, SKU, manufacturer name and more to help grow your business.  If you do not have an established wholesale account with LifestyleDistributing.com, you may not use any of our images, descriptions or other content from our website or websites of customers who have the rights to our images.

Do you sell my or my customers information?

Absolutely not!  All information is kept secure and never sold to a third party. Lifestyle Distributing will email our customers (Never Drop Ship Customers) information about promotions or coupons.  You could of course opt out of this email at any time.

How can I make changes to my account?

Changes to your account such as your name, shipping or billing address is in the My-Account section on our website.  You can contact us for assistance or update your customer information in your account settings once you are approved with us.

Is my order sent discreet?

Yes.  Orders will either be sent in USPS boxes or a plain brown box.  The shipping information will be from our corporation name and does not have any indication of the product type.

When is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment, weekends not included.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

No! 🙂 We want you to succeed and understand that purchasing volumes will fluctuate so enjoy any of our items with no minimum order amounts.

Where can I find your catalog?

We are able to provide low prices to our customers because we don’t produce fancy catalog’s once or twice a year such as other distributors do.  If you normally look forward to these beautiful and pricey catalogs printed in full color while not considering the environmental consequences, you will be disappointed with us since we won’t send you any.   At LD, we understand the bottom line and if service, education, price and product quality is your concern, then you have come to the right place!  Our website is our catalog and everything you need to order could be found here.  Of course you could contact us at anytime about product questions as we are always happy to help!

What is the retail price of the items I purchased?

Retail prices are shown before you gain a wholesale account on our website.  If you haven’t been approved for a wholesale account yet or haven’t applied, you could view the retail prices charged by setting up an account with your chosen email and password.  We recommend using this information when creating pricing structures for your store.  If you have questions on pricing at all after you have placed your wholesale order, please contact us.

Do you offer any coupons or promo codes?

Yes, we do have coupons and promo codes on products at times.  Once you start doing business with LifestyleDistributing.com, your email address will be used to send promo codes and specials we have.  Of course if you prefer not to receive these emails, you can opt out at any time.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, we take security very seriously.  Our merchant processor is of course PCI compliant and all transactions on our website go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Which payment options do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, America Express, Discover, Mastercard and PayPal.

Do you offer terms or credit?

Yes, once a client has been doing business with us for over 12 months, we will have some credit options available.  Credit inquiry and approval will be required.

Do you price match other distributors?

Yes, as long as we have the product in stock and the price match doesn’t violate any manufacturer agreements we have in place, we would be more than happy to.  Contact us if you found a product priced lower elsewhere and we will try to match, if not beat, this price.

You don’t carry the product I need, can you get it for me?

We try to carry some of the best selling products that are born to please around the world but often times do not carry everything in our inventory.  LifestyleDistributing.com is by no means a one stop mega mall.  In fact, we are quite the opposite.  Our boutique and niche approach will quickly bring you success in smaller segments of the pleasure products arena.  If you don’t believe us, just give us a try!

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out.  You will be able to track it’s arrival this way.  Please allow up to 24 hours from the order date for tracking information.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes.  We will setup your shipping location once your account is approved if you are outside of North America.

What is your return policy on drop shipped orders?

We do not offer returns on orders that are drop shipped.  If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item for your customer.

What is your return policy?

We allow returns to be made 14 days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase.  Please keep in mind, there is a 25% restocking fee for returns.  If an item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee.  Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for additional information.

What are my shipping options?

We offer a couple different shipping options.  We focus on using USPS and UPS so depending on your orders weight and size, we will always pick the most cost effective method unless you specify your preference (USPS or UPS) at the time of ordering.
